Raised in his family’s upholstery business, Joseph developed a passion for craftsmanship early on. Helping his father manage vision loss caused by Usher syndrome also shaped his understanding of how lighting and shading impact comfort and daily living.
With more than 25 years of experience, Carlos specializes in custom shutters, motorized shades, drapery installation, and automated shading systems for luxury homes, yachts, and commercial spaces throughout South Florida. Working alongside leading designers and architects, he delivers thoughtful light-control solutions guided by his F.A.C.E. approach — Functionality, Aesthetics, Cost, and Excellence.
Matthew Zaktzer brings a background in business management and project coordination to Solun Window Fashions & Automation. Since joining Solun in 2023, he has overseen luxury window treatment projects from order through installation, managing scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication throughout South Florida.
Marshall Bloomston brings more than 40 years of experience in custom window treatment installation to Solun Window Fashions & Automation. Specializing in custom drapery, motorized shades, and architectural window coverings, he is known for precise installations and refined finishing details that elevate luxury residential interiors throughout South Florida.
Carlos Gomez has been part of Solun Window Fashions & Automation for more than four years, specializing in the installation of luxury drapery, motorized shades, and automated window treatment systems throughout South Florida. Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Carlos also completed advanced installer training in Colorado to further expand his expertise in smart shading solutions.
